Abstract
Foetus referred to unborn human after the third month of gestation until birth, while foeticide’ means
the destruction of foetus at any time before birth. However, female foeticide is a selective abortion or
prenatal elimination of the female foetus, after prenatal sex determination via medical means under
familial pressure from the husband or even the mother [1,2]. In a legal context, it refers to the
deliberate murder of a foetus after diagnosed or in the other words it is the killing of a foetus caused
by the criminal human act.
