Abstract

The words autopsy, necropsy and post-mortem examination are synonymous, any examination made
after death, including a simple external examination. In general terms, autopsies meaning any
examination that would be made after death comprise a simple external examination. Autopsies a
procedure which has great ethical importance significance could be performed for medico-legal
purposes and clinical interest. Medico-legal autopsies considered as a particular version of standard
autopsy. However, medico-legal autopsies should be done by experienced and professional
pathologists in forensic pathology [1-4]. The autopsy has been performanece as the mean to confirm
and to provide the cause of sudden intauterine and neonatal death. Meanwhile, medico-legal
investigated and expertis cases of neonaticide through examination of neoborn cadaver and
examination of violent death as a consequence of perinatal incidents and accedents.
